(WK)" 93 points Vinous, "The 2020 Morey-Saint-Denis Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru comprises of 75% Les Faconnieres and 25% from Les Chenevery planted by Laurent Lignier's grandfather between 1936 and 1952. This has a very elegant bouquet, beautifully defined with shimmering red fruit laced with minerals. The palate is well balanced with fine tannins, a little earthy with a finish that is surfeit with tension. Often one of my favourite cuvees from the domaine, this will age with style. (NM)"
