Mountain-grown Syrah (60%) Grenache, and Mourvèdre from the Languedoc’s famed Pic-Saint-Loup appellation makes for one luscious, garrigue-scented rosé. A classic pale salmon color, this is juicy but also blessed with a firm backbone thanks to the limestone soils and wide diurnal temperature shifts this region is known for. Its herbal component may remind you of some of its Provençal cousins, but at a comparably low price.
