The Rose stone attaches to your Otto Tuning Fork. Generally it will work on the 128 Hz, 136.1 Mid OM and 64 hz. tuning forks.  Rose Quartz restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love. Place the Gem Foot to the base of the stem of the tuning fork. 2. Use the enclosed allen wrench to secure the Gem Foot to the tuning fork by tightening the tiny screw.
