An exquisitely detailed, presumably handmade asymmetrical jacket in crisp navy blue fabric, with full lining.  This blazer may very well have been used for film, TV, or photo shoot.  Snaps completely open and closed at front.  Some of the hand stitching near armhole has come apart slightly – see photos.
