We took our 20_ Moonwalk II Freecoaster Wheel and shrank it down to 18_ size. The Moonwalker II uses a bushing clutch system that does not rely on the old style ball bearings and spring axle system. Instead, it has an internal bushing/spring to keep the tension consistent. This means crisp engagement and no skipping.
