MT901 Ford T-5 1983-1993 to 1964 & Older Ford Truck 3-Speed Bellhousing

Materials Included:  (1) Adapter plate (2) FHSCS 7/16-14 x 1-1/2(2) SHCS 7/16-20 X 2(2) SHCS 7/16-14 X 1-1/4   This BELLHOUSING ADAPTER PLATE allows you to bolt a 1983 thru 1993 Ford T5 Transmission from a V8 onto a 1964 & Older Ford Truck 3-speed Bellhousings. These applications include: 'Y'-Block, FE, or 223 engines.This kit allows to continue to use the stock Ford Flywheel, pressure plate, starter and pilot bushing, however you will need to use a Chevy throw-out bearing.The Truck Bellhousing is deeper than the Car Bellhousing. This results in the Car Transmissions having shorter input shaftsthan the Truck Transmissions.We also offer adapters (thicker) to accommodate the Car Bellhousings. There are additional components needed to make theclutch linkage, etc. work correctly with the set-up, and we offer those items as well.NOTE:We can also make 1993-96 S10 T5 applications work with a change of the front bearing retainer.
