Two main cutters hog material, while twin up-shear scorers polish the surface—so sanding starts finer. Each 10 × 10 × 2.2 mm micro-grain carbide knife offers four sharp edges and locks under Torx screws; flip or replace only the insert, not the body. An ATS coating shields the carbide from heat, extending edge life up to 2 ×. The compact 50 mm body fits palm, plunge, or CNC routers with a standard ¼-inch collet, bringing big-bit performance to small-shank machines.
