This is the 1/4oz Cotton Candy River Witch 🍭, designed to be fished for Salmon, Steelhead, Trout. After you cast the spinner I recommend letting it sink 1-2 seconds (depending on water level & flow) & start the slow - medium retrieve.   Tie mainline directly to the top eye of the Pucci Rolling swivel. It helps eliminate line twist, and aids the spinner to move much more fluidly through the water column.
