Aging on fine lees for 4 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, this emblematic “cru” expresses the elegance and finesse of Sancerre. Its clay-limestone terroir provides an impressive richness and complex minerality. Winemaker Tasting Notes: Wine with a lot of character, dry, fruity and an incredible length in the mouth.
