Vertical Edge Grain Cutting Board

This vertical side grain board was constructed of cherry, maple, ambrosia maple and walnut hardwoods. Its design is a complete shift from the traditional designed horizontal board pattern providing a more practical way to use a cutting surface. The grain pattern aligns with the user's knife adding to the board's durability as well as extending the life of the knife blade between sharpening. The inset side grips allow for an easy transport and cleanup, adding another element of proficiency to this design. The end result is a functional and stylish 19.75 X 11.75 X 1.375" board constructed of high quality hardwood for slicing, dicing and serving.
