The print is extremely limited.  The 3 rows of the stripe print that look like piano keys, are headered on top and enhanced with 1/4" satin ribbon in red, purple, and royal This way, you can put almost any color petticoat underneath. This musical print has a festive vibe to make you feel like dancing. The peasant-style blouse features a scallop neck collar with elastic. Both the blouse and skirt have the same striped print making the outfit look like a one-piece dress. We pinned a tri-colored bow at the neck to bring up the ribbon colors from the skirt.
