Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider/Renewal Course – in person The following course dates and times are available at the St. Luke’s University Hospital, Warren Campus - 185 Roseberry Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 in the Farley building, Classroom A and B  This course is intended for those seeking to obtain or renew their certification.  It is appropriate for teens and adults.  Classes are 3-4 hours in length. Seats are limited.   Paramedics/EMT’s please contact the email address below prior to registering for a class.   Fee for the course is $75 and is Non-Refundable.  You may cancel and reschedule a class one time within 60 days from initial registration.
