An exquisite pair of 1920s French Art Deco tub chairs, sourced in Paris as bare frames and fully transformed in our design studio. Each chair is hand-crafted from solid maple wood, featuring a classic tub silhouette with a carved oval back. They’ve been structurally restored for lasting stability, and the wood has been refinished in a warm brown tone that highlights the natural patina and character of age beneath the surface.The chairs have been newly reupholstered in a luxurious cream bouclé fabric by Kravet, complete with custom loose cushions filled with down for exceptional comfort. The upholstery is finished with matching single piping along the front and antique speckled brass nailhead trim along the back, adding subtle elegance and detail. Beautifully hand-carved, tapered, and fluted front legs speak to the refined craftsmanship of the period.
