An exquisite and rare set of eight late 19th-century Art Nouveau dining chairs, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid mahogany wood constructed with graceful oval backs. The front back of the chairs are decorated with gorgeous burl walnut. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina with a rich brown color and grains. The chairs have been structurally restored and newly upholstered in luxurious beige velvet fabric. The fabric is clean-finished with speckled antique brass nailhead trim. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French Art Nouveau profile. - Origin: Provence, France - Dimensions: W 18.25" x D 20.5" x H 35.25" - seat height 18.5" - Condition: The chairs have been structurally restored and newly upholstered.
