A magnificent set of six late 19th-century French dining chairs made in the taste of Louis XVI, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring an elegant square back frame decorated with inlay. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina with a rich brown color. The chairs come with their original hand-weaved cane showcasing normal wear for the age and use with some light sagging. The seats are supported by elegant tapered legs ending with brass shoes.
