Extra spring thickness significantly reduces the vertical movement of the clamp. The springs are intended for high load operation (e.g. rough work on hard steels). Material: steel 65G polished, hardened;  Thickness: 1mm (standard is 0.8mm);  Maximum load on abrasive: 1kg (standard is 0.5kg) *** Important ***  Please write in order comment whether you have the old steel fixing unit (pre-July 2017) or the one-piece fixing unit. (Gen2)  They take different springs and are not interchangeable. Due to the extremely low cost vs. the shipping cost, these are non-returnable, non-refundable.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
