If you have ever gone strawberry picking in the summer, you know of the familiar perfume that permeates the air of the strawberry fields. Sweet and tangy, this aroma is intoxicating and alluring. What if you could capture this aroma in a tea? That is what we have accomplished with "Irapuato," our wild strawberry flavored black tea. Chunks of strawberry and papaya provide a taste equally as sensational as the smell. Whether you are looking for a hot tea, iced tea, or milk tea, this blend is scrumptious in all forms.    HOT BREWING METHOD:Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
