We teamed up with Golden Gate Meat Company in Richmond, CA to have them make our thick-cut uncured Applewood Smoked Pork Bacon. The bacon ends are great to enjoy in breakfast scramble, pasta carbonara, or on their own! Ingredients: pork belly, brown sugar, sea salt, cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt), black pepper, cherry powder. Size: 12 oz (0.75 lbs)
