Begonia ‘Freda’ is a beautiful rhizomatous hybrid named by Bobbie Price, Volunteer at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. It was named after Freda Holley, who is a hybridizer and researcher of Begonias. This rarely seen hybrid boasts a deep green leaf overlayed with a bright silver starburst pattern. The leaves are large and the flowers are a bright pink. This new hybrid likes a little extra humidity.
