Gronco Bronco Rubber Diamond Plate Door Sill Protectors The door sills on the new Bronco are susceptible to damage from accidental scuffs and people trying to use them as an actual steps.  Not all of us are tall enough to completely step over the sill especially when the vehicle is sitting in an awkward position on the trails (of if you happened to lift your vehicle). These rubber door sills are grippy and will protect your investment. INSTALLATION Clean the application area to prepare it for installation.NOTES:  We recommend that the installation area be free of wax.  Some will choose to clean the application with rubbing alcohol which is okay."Rubbing alcohol will not damage car paint if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it doesn't damage car paint." For added piece of mind you can use 3M Adhesive Promoter directly to the area that will be touching the pre-applied 3M Double Sided Tape on these sills.  Just apply it to the target area.
