White Soft and Stable cut to order. The original foam stabilizer.  Finish all of your bags and totes with this easy to use stabilizer.  It features a sturdy flexible foam core sandwiched between matching polyester fabric.  You can either quilt your fabric to it or just sew them together around the edges.  Either way, it will give your bags beautiful body and stability.
