Tri-Tip Roast

Tri-Tip is growing in popularity thanks to its superior flavor. It is an economic piece of meat that is full of flavor—it is far less expensive than other equally flavorful steaks such as Ribeye. Tri-Tip has excellent marbling and is very tender as long as you don't overcook it. Excellent when marinated. When sourced from Pasture-Raised, Dry-Aged Black Angus Beef it's even better! Each Tri-Tip is around 2-2.5 lbs. in size.
