Botanical Name - Quercus robur Origin - Bulgaria Flavor Profile - Tastes woody, but is not unpleasant. Culinary Usages - The bark is usually tinctured, but may be prepared as tea. Cosmetic Usages - Decoct and use the liquid topically to address minor wounds, abrasions, burns, eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions.
