Weaving on an inkle loom is also a fun way to learn about warp-faced weaving and play with color combinations. This workshop will guide participants through yarn choices, how to prepare an inkle loom, and how to weave on the loom using simple pick-up methods to create some unique patterns.   The workshop is taught by artist and designer Maggie Leininger who currently teaches at DePaul University’s Art School and is the owner & manager of Considered Cloth, a co-op textile studio offering weaving and spinning equipment rental and sales as well as a selection of curated hand-dyed yarn, textured yarns, and other luxurious f
