3 BONUS TRACKS Wallet Jacob Morris, a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter, is revisiting his 2012 album Moths with a deluxe reissue (on CD & digital), set for release on March 21, 2025, via Strolling Bones Records. Morris began playing cello at age four, growing up in a musical family with his father, a renowned luthier and picker. After relocating to Athens, Georgia, in 2005, he quickly immersed himself in the city's vibrant music scene, playing with artists like Vic Chestnut, Liz Durrett, Ham 1, Madeline, and Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers. He now resides just outside of Durham, North Carolina.Moths was recorded over several years, starting with the basic tracks of lead vocals and acoustic guitar, recorded at Loney John Hutchins’ home studio. Most of the album’s tracks were first or second takes, and the recording process continued over time as Morris collaborated with friends and fellow musicians in Nashville, including contributions from the likes of HAM1, Madeline,
