FOSSA - Pulut Hitam

Tasting notes: A naturally sweet, comforting taste of an old school dessert in a chocolate. Originating from Indonesia and fondly adopted as a local dessert in Singapore, Pulut Hitam is a black glutinous rice porridge typically sweetened with palm sugar. It is a nutritious snack that is enjoyed anytime of the day. In this bar, Fossa used copious amount of black glutinous rice for a lovely ricey aroma and thick creamy mouthfeel. Complemented with the floral and malty heirloom Nacional cacao from Ecuador's Hacienda Limon estate, the flavour is familiar and comforting. Ingredients: Cacao butter, purple glutinous rice, cacao, coconut palm sugar, cane sugar. Net Weight: 50g Produced in a facility which processes dairy, gluten, and nuts.
