Whale Bone Masks

These are whale bone masks with walrus ivory & baleen inlay eyes. Made by Alaska Native Inuit artists from Shishmaref, Ak.  Mask 1 has baleen inlay above the eyes and mammoth ivory inlay tattoos on the chin. Measures 7.75" tall x 4.75" across x 1.5" depth.  Mask 2 has a fossilized ivory labret on the chin. Measures 7.75" tall x 5.75" across x 1.5" depth.  Mask 3 has mammoth ivory inlay tattoos on the chin. Measures 7" tall x 5" across x 1.5" depth.  Mask 4 has fossilized ivory labrets on the chin. Measures 6.75" tall x 5.5" across x 1.5" depth.  Mask 5 has baleen inlay tattoos on the chin. Measures 6.5" tall x 4.75" across x 1.5" depth.  Mask 6 has baleen inlay above the eyes and mammoth ivory with walrus ivory inlay labret on the chin.
