Each bar is a generous 4 ounces. The dimensions can vary slightly depending on the top of the bar, but they all should be approximately 3-3.5 inches wide by 2.5-3.5 inches tall by 1 inch deep. If you find the bar too large to handle, I recommend cutting them in half.
