The set includes a rosewood box diffuser that mounts to your air vent and a 7ml vial of scented diffuser oil.  To Use: Apply 3 to 4 drops of diffuser oil to either the lava stones inside the rosewood box, or directly to the surface of the rosewood box.  Do this once to twice per week, or as often as you desire to achieve the level of scent you prefer.  Note that 3 to 4 drops applied once to twice per week should last about 3 months.
