Shown in two coats, she builds to opacity quickly with all the shifts!  Inspiration: Jessie Gemstone/The Righteous Gemstonesbase: UCC pigment in green-blue-purple-goldadditives: linear holo, scattered holo, holo micro flakies, colorshifting flakesopaque: 2-3 coats Fce all is dry.
