We have elevated this basic shortbread without being fussy. We did not skimp on butter for a melt-in-your-mouth journey of flavor. Vanilla bean powder infuses the dough adding a warm, aromatic sweetness; we then finish with a bit of locally harvested sea salt from our friends at Hatteras Saltworks. Each 6 oz. bag contains approximately 17-19 cookies.
