Perfect for light or dark fabrics for all apparel.  Pressing Instructions: Press at 300 for 15 seconds, heavy pressure, hot peel, repress for 5 seconds for best results.  Sizes: Adult 11" wide, Youth 9" wide, Toddler 7" wide & Baby 5" wide.  Max 12" tall.  For designs that are narrow and tall, childrens sizes will go by height.
