ONLY THE PRO VERSION HAS A HEATER AND COOLER, and for the heater mode, the steam mode must be set to the max, and the color must be set to orange. (it might not start heating until 30 min later.) since steam comes out of the diffuser, it results in heating your room and being a humidifier. For the cooler option, mist comes out of the diffuser, resulting in your room becoming cooler. set the color to blue, and put the mist on max (same button as steam button) you MUST add in cold water into the diffuser at the start for the cooler to work.
