Enjoy Roasted Carrot Ginger Kale Salad with Pickled Fresno Chiles, a fresh and zing-y side dish that will quickly become your new obsession. Our main course for this class is a delicious spicy & flavorful Dry-Rubbed Jerk Chicken, served with a fresh pineapple salsa. Cuban Black Beans, too! To balance the sweet and savory spices, we will make a version of a well-known side dish, Coconut Mango Sticky Rice. We'll season the cooked rice with fresh mango, lime & scallion. The evening concludes with a classic Caribbean dessert, Pineapple Spiced Rum Cakes. Delicious! This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours. Cancelation Policy:Payments for classes at Table for 12 are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else.
