In this class, you’ll learn the secrets to a perfect Caramelized Radicchio Risotto and how to bring it to the next level with a few special ingredients, braising techniques with a traditional Braciole in Red Sauce, and you’ll practice making sensational Roasted Brussels Sprouts. You’ll finish the evening by creating an indulgent Blood Orange Semolina Cake. Our Chef will teach you delicious culinary tips and tricks with this menu.
