Here is my boy Jacob, he is our big bundle of joy :) Mom and Dad love him so much. His doctor has said he won't live long because of his condition called leukodystrophy, but I think he plans to stay with us for a while:) We're asking you to help by contributing to his MobilityFunder Campaign on Tadpole Adaptive.We shower him with lots of kisses and hugs that's why :).
