Carter's Ride!

Hi, my name is Cotina Washington and I have a special needs son that goes by Carter, but his full name is James Carter Washington (named after his past Grandfather). Carter was born with fluid on the brain (Hydrocephalus) and many other conditions. He is in need of another chair to get back and forth to his appointments and to school so any and every thing can help. Thanks!!!
