Our classic Moccasin styling with a contrast hand stitch upper, layered over a thick  crepe sole made 100% from tree sap. This is not the plastic, petroleum-based rubber that is normalized today. The industrialized manufacturing of synthetic rubber (made from a plastic polymer) was introduced to the masses back in 1931. It's been almost 100 years of rubber usage that is not from rubber trees. This sticky crepe is plastic-free and gives a bouncy, flexible sole with a slight rise. Natural tree-sap crepe is becoming harder and costlier to get in small quantities in the US. This style is currently available by custom order only and will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
