Raspberry Pink Benarasi Weave zardozi embroidered lehenga set

Presenting Gayatri, our newest exploration in interplay of hand embroidered zardozi on woven Benares textiles. Our explorations in brocade and Benares weaves started in 2014 with my sister Gayatri's wedding. The elan with which she carried brocades is the very reason I got attracted to this textile. Since then, we have focused on bringing a contemporary language to the centuries old Benares textile, creating a fusion of our embroidered craftsmanship with this rich weave. Our Jewelled brocade collection of 2020 and Maharani's Muse in 2021 played with opulent "jewelling" of the rich brocade textile in contemporary lehengas, palazzos, jackets and capes.
