ProtectZyme™ is a comprehensive formula designed to support the digestion of the occasional consumption of problematic proteins and help minimize starch and fat digestion.* ProtectZyme™ features Glutalytic®, a clinically studied specialized mix of enzymes that specifically target the breakdown of gluten and other proteins that can be difficult to digest.* It also features Synetrim® CQ, a plant extract that helps inhibit digestion and absorption of starchy and fatty foods and sucrose.* However, it will not affect the absorption of the simple sugars of glucose and fructose. This formula also includes betaine hydrochloride (HCl) for more comprehensive protein digestion and nutrient absorption support.
