Tiptree's signature conserve, a delicious dark crimson luxury jam made from the tiny, rare & intensely sweet Little Scarlet strawberry. The tiny berries are usually no largerthan a 1p coin (up to 20mm). Did you know that Little Scarlet is one of James Bond's favourite conserves? Our favourite little strawberry is mentioned in the Ian Fleming novel, From Russia with love. The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885.We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves and condiments in our nut-free factory by the farm.
