A special selection of Bainbridge Organic's Battle Point Whiskey casks were used to create this special edition bottling. Distilled in late June 2017, this whiskey was entered into 53 gallon No. 3 charred American oak barrels on 7/11/2017 and rested in their barrel warehouse until being transferred into two Barbados rum casks on 2/3/2024. These barrels were rested for an additional 11 months and bottled at 100 proof. This whiskey displays the same notes as its 86 proof bottling, but is extra rich and full, with notes of baking spice, Demerara and exotic fruits, finishing with a pleasant and lingering warmth. Battle Point Two Islands Barbados Cask was named Best American Wheat Whiskey in 2019 at World Whiskies Awards. 5X Finalist 95 Points Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
