This hoop is a rich, dark, velvety cacao color! With a nod to future designs to be cut from dark solid hardwoods such as walnut, coconut shell, ebony...the sky is the limit!  There is a size for every look! The simple one inch great as an everyday or the bold and spunky three inch! A spin off the original style in metal, these are extra light-weight! Responsibility sourced birch multi-ply. Dark stain environmentally friendly. Stainless steel ear wire is nickle free 20 gauge. Secure closer perfect to wear with tunnels or standard piercing.  While I have dabbled in woodworking over the years, wooden jewelry is a new direction for me. My intention is to create environmentally friendly adornment that has minimal impact on our forests and planet.
