Training is $150 for 4 weeks, 3 days a week for 30-45mins, Monday-Thursday (days of your choice). No training on Friday-Sunday. You’ll get a meal guide and a grocery list and I’ll create a training plan. Also, I’ll send tip’s throughout your 4 weeks on different things to eat and beneficial info related to your goals.   Unfortunately, you’ll have to have a gym membership which is separate from my cost. It’s $55 the first month and $25 each month after. You’ll have 24hr access to the gym.   $150 covers a group session of no more than 5. You’ll still get special attention. I do offer 1on1 sessions, they’re $175. This is a private session on your designated day and time with a training plan specifically for you.   I have certifications in Nutrition and Personal Training, I’ll definitely be dedicated in helping you reach your goals both Mentally and Physically as well as ensuring you have the best diet plan, this may cause for changes throughout your training period.
