Ingredients: Ingredients:  Oolong, Yerba Mate, Sencha Green Tea, Senna Leaf, Apple, Ginger, Cinnamon, Orange, Dandelion Root, Natural cinnamon flavor, Natural Crème Brulee Flavor and Safflower.  How to make: Heat 6-8 FL oz of water to 212° F add 1-2 tsp of loose-leaf tea.  Steep 3-5 minutes.
