Math Mission Number Sense Activities: Odd & Even, Counting On, Hundreds Chart

Engage and challenge students with 2nd Grade Math Missions!  Review your number sense unit with this fun Safari mission where students will complete 6 challenges related to even and odd numbers, adding ten, skip counting, expanded form, and more!   What is a Math Mission? A math mission is a fun way to practice or review essential math skills. Students will receive a mission - to complete it they will solve 6 challenges. Each challenge focuses on a different strategy or type of math problem and includes 6-12 problems for students to work through. For this particular mission, students work to find the 6 missing safari animals, and practice skills related to number sense.   How does it work? A Powerpoint will guide students through the mission - show this on a Smartboard or computer.
