TeaGlee Ground Cascara & Mint

Our signature Ground Lavender & Cascara Tea! Our teas are energizing, hydrating, and Upcycled Certified.  Cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea, is uplifting with just the right amount of caffeine (~20mg / serving). It is also full of natural antioxidants and polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid, which has shown to reduce inflammation. Mint leaves are cooling, calming, and also beneficial for your health.  They may help soothe an upset stomach, benefit your skin and hair, and ease respiratory congestion. Ground cascara is suitable for brewing with filtration.  These brewing methods include Hario V60, Chemex, Melitta Drip, Aeropress, and traditional coffee brewer.  Ground cascara is not suitable for French Press. Detailed ratios and brewing instructions can be found in our blog post: This is How We Brew It!
