Type: red Origin: Lincang, Yunnan  Don’t let their appearance fool you - these dramatic leaves are pure buds gently handled with minimal wilting and minimal oxidation. These fuzzy buds contain more free amino acids than fully grown tea leaves. Medium-bodied with notes of malt, cacao, and dates, this is a tea that lends itself to an experience of early autumn.   2 oz loose leaf  Brewing Tips: 5g/100 ml using 98 Celsius water (near boiling). Start with 10-15 second infusions.
