A big friendly red and white field blend of Grenache Blanc, Gris, & Rouge, Malbec, Counoise, Cinsault, Clairette and Muscat de Hamburg all from biodynamic vineyards in the rugged hills of Cahors. The grapes were all pressed whole cluster and wild fermented in concrete tanks where it ages on the lees for 6 months before getting bottled unfiltered with just a little sulfur. Aromatic, juicy and fun. Definitely serve this one with a nice chill on it.
