
Chardonnay
After spontaneous fermentation with a few days of maceration, the wine was aged for two years in old oak barrels. Without the addition of sulfites, unfiltered and unfined, it retains the full purity of the terroir. Radovan does not macerate wines just for the sake of the orange style; he believes that through contact with the skin, the wine draws all the information from nature and continues to tell its story, becoming more stable. Chardonnay stands out with its rich texture, subtle layers of ripe fruit and pronounced minerality. An elegant, complex and refreshing choice.
